LIFE & HEALTH BROKERS


Patti Baker
Senior Sales Executive - Life & Health
Patti Baker serves as a Sales Executive for Orgill/Singer. In her position, Baker is responsible for sales and service of individual clients as well as working with in-house brokers and their accounts for implementation of products which are ancillary to group benefits offered by employers.

Baker entered the insurance industry in 1980. Before joining the Orgill/Singer team, Baker served as an Independent Sales Agent for AFLAC. She was responsible for generating new clientele, marketing material for group and individual enrollments, and customer service. Baker has also worked for national brokerages.

Baker received an Associates degree in Arts & Business and has attended Pasadena City College in Pasadena, Calif. and the University of Nevada, Reno.

A resident of Las Vegas for more than four decades, Baker is affiliated with Southern Nevada Human Resource Association and Safe Nest, helping women and children in need.









Edward Billington
Group Benefits Broker
Edward C. Billington serves as a Group Benefits Broker for Orgill/Singer & Associates. In his position, Billington is responsible for prospecting, soliciting, negotiating and selling new life and health benefits accounts to employer groups as well as providing ongoing counseling and marketing to existing clients of the agency.

Billington has more than 32 years of experience in the insurance industry, with 19 as a member of the Orgill/Singer team. Previously, Billington worked as a marketing manager for Hospital Health Plan. Billington has also worked for Maxicare Health Plans and National American Insurance Company.

Billington a resident of Las Vegas for 25 years, earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.





Shana Dahan
Group Benefits Broker
A lifelong resident of Las Vegas, Shana Dahan joined Orgill/Singer in 2002 and serves in dual capacities as Group Benefits Broker and Marketing Coordinator. In her capacity as a broker, Dahan is responsible for prospecting, soliciting, negotiating and selling new life and health benefits accounts as well as ongoing counseling and marketing to existing clients of the agency. Her marketing duties include overseeing all advertising, public relations and marketing efforts for Orgill/Singer.

An advocate for healthcare education for businesses and individuals, Dahan has taken on the role of educator, participating in the strategic re-branding of Orgill/Singer’s core messages to that of bringing a Tradition of Caring to its clients, its employees, the industry and the community. She has implemented education series seminars for the community to promote consumer education on timely insurance issues affecting Nevadans.

Dahan also exercises a Tradition of Caring to her own workplace, spearheading a “Biggest Loser” program and contest to promote wellness among her co-workers and organizing the “Bring Your Child to Work” event.

Dahan also served as the Director of Marketing for The Hotel on Mount Charleston, where she was responsible for the branding, advertising, public relations and marketing efforts for the hotel, including the inception of the wildly popular CHILL Wine Event.

Dahan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with emphasis in Public Relations and minor in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Thoroughly involved in campus life and activities, Dahan was an esteemed member of the Delta Zeta sorority.

Dahan was most recently awarded the Athena Young Professionals Award presented by the Women’s Chamber of Commerce and was recently inducted into the Women’s Hall of Fame. Dahan is an active member of a number of professional organizations including Vegas Young Professionals, Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, Henderson Chamber of Commerce, and National Association of Insurance and Advisors. Dahan is currently a member of the Boys Town Public Relations Committee and has implemented a fitness, talent, and character development program for the youth with her business partner Lynn Mizell.

She has lent time and support to such charitable organizations as American Cancer Society, Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Israel Independence Day, University of Southern Nevada, and the American Marketing Association, of which she served as Sponsorship Chair.

Dahan has worked with Jewish organizations such as American Israeli Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) . She has served on the Committee for Chabad of Summerlin Gala in honoring dynamic individuals in the community and is co-author to the event’s official journal book. In an effort to bring the local Jewish community together, Dahan is a member of the committee for Ner Tamid Menschen of the Year to help raise money for the congregation Ner Tamid.

In honor of her mother, Dahan, along with her father, David, and sister, Michelle, has established the Yaffa Dahan Nursing Foundation at UNLV to promote continued education for individuals who wish to pursue a career in the nursing field.



Trish Forman
Group Benefits Broker
Trish Forman joined Orgill/Singer & Associates in 1998 as an account executive with over twenty years experience in the insurance industry. She is licensed in life, health, casualty and surety.

Prior to joining Orgill/Singer, Forman served as a sales associate for Humana and for Sierra Health Services for more than 10 years.

A graduate of Rancho High School, Forman has taken both accounting and business classes at the Community College of Southern Nevada and attended various seminars.

Forman is active in the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce.



Crystal Hollins
Group Benefits Broker
Crystal D. Hollins serves as a Group Benefits Broker for Orgill/Singer & Associates. In her position, Hollins is responsible for prospecting, soliciting, negotiating and selling new life and health benefits accounts to employer groups, as well as providing ongoing counseling and marketing to existing clients of the agency.

A resident of Las Vegas for over 30 years, Hollins has over 26 years of experience in the insurance industry. Before joining the Orgill/Singer team in 1991, Hollins served as a customer service representative for Clover Underwriters. She has also worked for the Nevada Safety Council. Prior to that time, Hollins attended Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, La.






Joan McEntyre
Group Benefits Broker
Joan McEntyre has been a Group Benefits Broker for Orgill/Singer since 2005. She is responsible for sales and service on life and health benefits accounts as well as providing ongoing counseling to clients of the agency.

McEntyre is the President of the Clark County Association of Health Underwriters and a co-chair of the Nevada Healthcare Summit. She also serves on the President’s Advisory Council for the University of Southern Nevada. In addition, McEntyre serves on the Government Affairs Committee and is an Ambassador for the North Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce. She also serves as a Navigator for the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce.

McEntyre is also a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) and has qualified for the Leading Producers Round Table (LPRT) for top underwriters of Accident and Health insurance. At the NAHU Annual Conference held in June 2008, she was presented with the Triple Crown Award for membership and legislative advocacy. More recently, she earned her NAHU certifications in Consumer Driven Health Care (CDHC) and Wellness.

McEntyre, a graduate of Chapman College in Orange, California, has been a licensed life and health agent since 1973. Prior to joining Orgill/Singer, McEntyre worked for Acordia, a regional third-party administrator in Corpus Christi, Texas, where she specialized in the large group, self-funded market, with clients from across the state. Before that, she worked for Sedgewick James, BEST Life and AON in California.










Adam Kilbourn, CFP, CLU
Financial Specialist
Adam Kilbourn serves as Financial Services Professional for Orgill/Singer. In his position, Kilbourn, a licensed Life and Health producer, is responsible for providing advisory services pertaining to overall strategic planning, the insurance aspects of buy/sell agreements, key person coverage and business continuation approaches. Kilbourn advises clients on personal finances utilizing the unique process of LEAP, and sells Life, Disability and Long-Term Care insurance.

Kilbourn started in the industry in 2001, and joined Orgill/Singer in 2006. Previously, Kilbourn worked for Wealth Strategies Group, LLC, as a Retirement Plan Specialist. There, he developed Wagon Wheel Financial Group, an alliance of Estate Planning Attorneys, CPA’s, Mortgage Brokers, Real Estate Brokers and Financial Advisors to deliver a total package to clients using the PS&G Model. Kilbourn has also worked for Northwestern Mutual Financial Network.

Kilbourn holds a variety of professional designations including Certified Financial Planner and Chartered Life Underwriter. Kilbourn earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Kilbourn is an active volunteer and is currently affiliated with a number of professional and charitable organizations including National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors of Southern Nevada (President-Elect); Las Vegas Ice Cats Hockey Organization (President); and Nevada Amateur Hockey Association (ACE Coordinator and Disciplinary Committee member).



Steve O\'Connor
Senior Sales Executive - Life & Health
Steve O’Connor serves as a Life and Health Insurance Broker for Orgill/Singer. He has been in the insurance industry since 1985 and applies his knowledge to his current position where he is responsible for new business enrollments into individual and small group health plans.

Before joining Orgill/Singer in 2006, O’Connor served as an enrollment representative for HPN/Sierra Health Services and as a field underwriter for Mony Financial Services in West Des Moines, Iowa. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration- Insurance from the University of Iowa.

O’Connor resides in the southwest area of the Valley and is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters.









Rod Santa Cruz, CSFP
Group Benefits Broker
Rodrigo Santa Cruz joined Orgill/Singer & Associates as a Group Benefits Broker in June, 2001. His area of expertise centers on health, disability, life and 401K insurance plans.

Santa Cruz has been in the insurance industry since 1991. Prior to joining the company, he served as district sales manager and lead benefits consultant for John Hancock Life Insurance Co. He previously served as director of international marketing and sales for Deerhorn Bean & Seed Export Co.

Santa Cruz, a Las Vegas resident, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from the University of Minnesota. Santa Cruz is a member of the Clark County Underwriters Association, and the Latin Chamber of Commerce, where he serves on the Government Affairs Committee. An advocate for education, he donates his time to the Millennium Scholarship program and volunteers as a mentor in a program through the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce that allows area students to shadow business professionals for a day. Additionally, Santa Cruz is multilingual, fluent in French, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese.







Cecelia Santangelo
Group Benefits Broker
Cecelia Santangelo serves as Life & Health insurance producer for Orgill/Singer & Associates. In her position, Santangelo is responsible for overseeing accounts providing sales of Life, Health, Dental, Vision, Disability Products, and Long Term Care insurance.

Santangelo brings more than 20 years of Life & Health insurance experience and has been a member of the Orgill/Singer team since 2005. Santangelo worked for Aetna as an account manager, handling all aspects of the large group book of business and overseeing new and established accounts. Santangelo also worked for Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Ohio, managing the book of business for small and large groups as well as overseeing new client business. She has also worked for Aultcare in Canton, Ohio.

Originally from Ohio, Santangelo has been a resident of the Las Vegas Valley for more than seven years. Santangelo attended the University of Maryland, Misawa, Japan branch. She is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters and the Nevada Restaurant Association Membership Committee, and is a past member of the Fraternity of the Desert Bighorn. Santangelo has participated in a variety of charitable causes including as past ambassador to Clark County School District’s “We Care” program and Meals on Wheels.




Ruby Warthan
Group Benefits Broker
Ruby Warthan joined Orgill/Singer in 2004 as a Group Benefits Broker. She is responsible for prospecting, soliciting, negotiating and selling new life and health benefits accounts as well as ongoing counseling and marketing to existing clients of the agency.

Warthan, who has worked in the insurance industry since 1989, previously served as business development sales executive for CONEXIS. Past duties included corporate account management for 1,000+ employee businesses in the Western and East Coast regions, and overseeing strategic initiatives for cross-sell/up-sell opportunities. An expert on COBRA compliance and Section 125 Flexible Benefits, Warthan also served as editor of The COBRA Administrator Handbook, which was distributed to employers nationwide.

Warthan received a bachelor of arts degree in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is a board member for Las Ventanas Retirement Community, and currently a member the Clark County Association of Health Underwriters and Southern Nevada Human Resources Association. Warthan has served on the planning committee member for the Alzheimer’s Association of Southern Nevada’s Memory Walk. She is a 2005 graduate of the Leadership Henderson program and currently serves on its steering committee.

Eamon Springall, CIC, CRM, CISR
Chief Operating Officer/ Commercial Insurance Broker
Eamon Springall became a second generation shareholder and Chief Operating Officer of Orgill/Singer in 2008. After working summer jobs in the agency during high school and college, he joined the agency as a licensed commercial insurance broker in 2000. Since becoming a broker Springall has distinguished himself as one of the top brokers in the Las Vegas insurance community and has developed a distinguished group of commercial insurance clients which he continues to manage in addition to his executive responsibilities for the agency in the areas of marketing, community development, industry relationships, and operations. He was selected in 2007 as one of Greenspun Media’s “Top 40 Executives Under 40,” and by SpyOnVegas and Light Group as one of their “Top 30 Under 30 Who’s Got Juice.”

Springall earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a Minor in Finance from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2002. Springall furthered his education in insurance and risk management when he successfully completed all three professional designations offered by the National Alliance of Insurance Education and Research. The three professional designations are, Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR). The National Alliance has recognized Springall as the youngest recipient of all 3 designations; also know as The Triple Crown.

Springall is active in the community. He is the founding Chairman of Vegas Young Professionals, the fastest growing professional development and networking organization in Nevada for young executives between the ages of 21-39. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the Nevada Development Authority, chairs the Authority’s retention and recognition committees, and also serves on its resource panel as the insurance and risk management expert. In addition, Springall serves as Vice President on the Executive Board of Directors for the Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation, a non-profit foundation that works side by side with the medical community to provide social, emotional, educational, and psychological support services and programs to families of all children who are diagnosed with a life threatening or critical illnesses.

Springall was born and raised in Las Vegas. He continues to reside in Las Vegas with his wife Jessie, daughter Shelby and son Colten.




Saundra Krenzer, MBA, ARM-PE, CRC
Vice President, Workers Comp
Saundra Krenzer serves as vice president of workers’ compensation for Orgill/Singer & Associates. In her position, she is responsible for the oversight of the workers compensation program for the State of Nevada. She spends a good part of every month working in Carson City with the Risk Management Division of the State of Nevada.

Prior to joining the Orgill/Singer team in 1998, Krenzer served as a project director for Sierra Health Services where her responsibilities included development of Nevada’s largest managed care organization specifically designed for workers compensation. She was also Rehabilitation Director for Deseret Industries.

Krenzer served as an assemblywoman in the Nevada State Legislature from 1991 to 1998 during which time she served as Assistant Majority Leader, Chairwoman of the Committee on Labor and Management and as a member of the Committee on Ways and Means. During her time in the legislature Krenzer was instrumental in drafting Nevada’s current workers compensation law and is considered a state expert in workers compensation issues.

Krenzer is an alumnus of Brigham Young University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in English and Sociology. She completed her MBA from the University of Phoenix in 2005. She has also completed graduate courses in Ethics and Policy Studies at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She has been a licensed insurance agent since 1993. Krenzer has earned the national professional designations of Risk Management for Public Entities (RM-PE) from the American Institute for CPCU and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) from the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification.

A resident of Las Vegas since 1972, Krenzer has devoted a significant amount of time to community service in addition to her years as a state legislator. She is a 1988 graduate of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Las Vegas class. Krenzer has also donated her time as a board member to several community organizations, including the Chairwoman of the Governor’s Maternal and Child Health Board, Prenatal Substance Committee and Angels in the Community. She has received a Congressional Recognition Award, been recognized as Outstanding Woman in Politics by the UNLV Women’s Center and the Angel Award by Gov. Bob Miller.







Timothy Andring
Senior Sales Executive - Commercial Insurance
A former resident of Iowa and Arizona, Timothy Andring joined Orgill/Singer in 2005 and in his position of Senior Sales Executive is responsible for prospecting, sales and service on a select group of commercial insurance accounts. With over three decades of experience in the insurance industry, he has worked with multi-state exposures, created a commercial lines department and produced a book of specialty accounts in 46 states. He was responsible for marketing non-standard insurance products to independent agents in the Southwest, and facilitated recruitment programs aimed at developing the potential of agents. He has also marketed specialty programs for school districts and municipalities in Iowa.

Andring served in the United States Air Force for 4 years as a Loadmaster on a C-130 cargo plane, and achieved the rank of Sergeant. He is a recipient of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce’s “Gold Customer Service Excellence Award” for 2007. He is actively involved in the promotion of Southern Nevada, and is a member of the North Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce membership committee as well as the Technology Business Alliance of Nevada.





Marc Dudley
Commercial Insurance Broker
Marc Dudley serves as a Commercial Insurance Broker for Orgill/Singer & Associates. In his position, Dudley handles all aspects of commercial insurance underwriting.

Dudley has been a member of the Orgill/Singer team for more than four years. Prior to joining Orgill/Singer, he served as supervisor/manager for Millennium Companies Inc. where he was in charge of the Residential Landscape Division. Dudley has also worked for Findlay RV.

Dudley is currently attending College of Southern Nevada and University of Nevada, Las Vegas working towards a Bachelor of Arts degree in Child and Adolescent Psychology.

A resident of Las Vegas for more than 12 years, Dudley is an active volunteer leader with Boy Scouts of America and is a youth soccer coach for North Las Vegas Parks and Recreation.




Brett Kanwetz, RWCS, CMIP
Commercial Insurance Broker
A native and life-long resident of Nevada, Brett Kanwetz has over 20 years experience in the insurance sector including handling various commercial risks such as construction, entertainment, wholesale, professional liability and gaming. In addition to sales and servicing, he has performed program development with carriers, underwriting, marketing, loss control, quality control, and risk management for many industries here. His background includes sales and management positions with national brokerage firms as well as regional and local agencies. His experience also includes development, implementation and servicing of municipalities and large construction risks including work on the Las Vegas Valley Water District, Clark County Excess Liability Coverage Program and the planning of the Airport Tunneling Project.

His education and professional accomplishments include studies at the University of Nevada Las Vegas majoring in Finance. He has earned the professional designations of Registered Workers Compensation Specialist (RWCS) and Certified Mortgage Insurance Specialist (CMIP). He has served in various capacities for many local Chambers of Commerce as well as other civic groups. Kanwetz serves as a board member for the Surety and Fidelity Association of Nevada. He is also a member of the Associated General Contractors and a Charter Member of the Las Vegas-Northwest Rotary as well as a member of the Parent Action Committee for Cadwallader Middle School.









John Maksimik, CIC, CRM, LUTCF, CISR
Commercial Insurance Broker
John Maksimik joined Orgill/Singer in 2001 as a Commercial Insurance Broker. Maksimik is responsible for sales and service on commercial accounts in Southern and Northern Nevada. Maksimik has been licensed in Nevada since 1985 and is the lead broker for Orgill/Singer’s Reno branch office opened in 2007. Prior to joining Orgill/Singer, Maksimik served as a commercial insurance agent for the Bracken-Leavitt Agency. Maksimik is a Graduate of UNLV, College of Hotel Administration

Maksimik has earned the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation as well as the Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation from the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research. The later entailed studies in principle, analysis, control, finance and the practice of risk management and indicates an advanced level of technical knowledge, educational commitment, and ongoing professionalism in this field. He holds a Fellowship from the Life Underwriters Training Council for Life Insurance sales and service. In addition, Maksimik has published articles on insurance in Western Real Estate Review, Best Guide to Insurance, Business Weekly Reno and the UNLV Alumni Magazine.

Masimik is an active member of the Las Vegas and Reno Chambers of Commerce. In addition, he is an active member of the Northern and Southern Nevada chapters of the CCIM Commercial Real Estate Institute, a professional real estate organization promoting education as well as the Nevada Subcontractor’s Association, a professional organization devoted to promoting fairness in construction legislation.

He also acts as a fund raiser for local charities such as Shade Tree Shelter for Women, and Pioneer Scouts in Henderson.




Kris Sanchez
Senior Sales Executive - Commercial lnsurance
Kris Sanchez serves as a Senior Sales Executive for Orgill/Singer and is responsible for prospecting, sales and service on a select group of commercial insurance accounts. Sanchez entered the insurance industry in 1999. Prior to joining Orgill/Singer in 2001, Sanchez served as an agent with American Family Insurance as well as serving as a sales representative for State Farm. Originally from Michigan, Sanchez has been a resident of Las Vegas for 25 years and resides in the Northwest Valley with her family.



Yvonne Splichal
Senior Sales Executive-Dentist Services
Yvonne Splichal serves as Senior Sales Executive – Dentists Services for Orgill/Singer. In her position, Splichal is responsible for the sales and service in the exclusive Dentists Services Division which offers Professional Liability, Business Owners Policies, and Workers Compensation, as well as other commercial insurance products tailored for dentists and dental practices.

Splichal earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska. She possesses more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, ten of them working exclusively with dentists for the Nevada Dental Association.

An avid Nebraska football fan, Splichal is also the Treasurer of the Las Vegas Nebraskans organization and is a volunteer with Shiloh Horse Rescue.
















Rachael Rizzi, CISR
Senior Sales Executive - Commercial Insurance
Rachael Rizzi, CISR serves as a Senior Sales Executive for Orgill/Singer & Associates. In her position, Rizzi is responsible for coordinating a book of business, marketing, servicing, renewing and selling of commercial accounts and assisting clients’ needs.

Rizzi possesses more than seven years of experience in the insurance industry. Before joining the Orgill/Singer team, Rizzi served as a commercial account executive with Absolute Insurance. Prior to that, she worked for Brown & Brown Insurance Co. and Assurance, Ltd.

Rizzi received a dual degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Rizzi obtained her CISR designation in 2006 and has completed more than 51 hours of continuing education since becoming licensed. She is currently affiliated with Soka Gakkai International and Alpha Gamma Delta.
