    David Dahan serves as Chief Executive Officer of the firm of Orgill Singer. Since its inception in 1986, Orgill/Singer & Associates has expanded into one of the largest independent, full-line insurance brokerages in Nevada. The firm, licensed in a majority of states, is a four time winner of the “Best Places to Work” recognition from the Southern Nevada Human Resources Association. The firm’s divisions are Employee Benefits, Life and Health, Commercial Insurance, Personal Insurance, Physicians Services and Bonds.  The firm is headquartered at 8360 W. Sahara Avenue, Suite 110, in Las Vegas, with a branch office at 5595 Kietzke Lane, Suite 115 in Reno.

    In addition to his vast experience in the insurance industry, Dahan is active in the development of the Southern Nevada business community. He is past Chair of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Las Ventanas board of directors and serves on various other boards such as Nevada Restaurant Association, North Vista Hospital and the Nevada Law Foundation.

    Dahan has been a Las Vegas resident since 1970. Heralded for his community service and efforts in the business community, Dahan was named a 2005 Person of Influence by In Business Las Vegas, a nominee of the 2005 Small Business Excellence Award by the North Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce. Dahan was awarded the Community spirit award by channel 8 and named Business Person of the Year at the 2004 Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce Community Achievement Awards and received several congressional and senatorial recognitions.

    Conscientious about the underprivileged and underserved, David visited the former Soviet Union in 1998 with fellow presidents of the Jewish Federation throughout the country, traveling beside former Israeli Prime Minister, Shimon Peres.

    For his pioneering work on behalf of the Las Vegas Jewish community, Dahan served as President of the Jewish Federation of Las Vegas and past chair of AIPAC American Public Affair Committee. Congregation Ner Tamid honored Dahan as its 2007 “Mensch of the Year.”

    He is the current radio show host of Community Speaks - A Conversation with Community Leaders.

    In honor of his late wife, Dahan and his daughters, Shana and Michelle, established the Yaffa Dahan Nursing Foundation at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas to promote continued education for individuals who wish to pursue a career in the nursing field.

    Eamon Springall became a second generation shareholder and Chief Operating Officer of Orgill/Singer in 2008.  After working summer jobs in the agency during high school and college, he joined the agency as a licensed commercial insurance broker in 2000. Since becoming a broker Springall has distinguished himself as one of the top brokers in the Las Vegas insurance community and has developed a distinguished group of commercial insurance clients which he continues to manage in addition to his executive responsibilities for the agency in the areas of marketing, community development, industry relationships, and operations.  He was selected in 2007 as  one of Greenspun Media’s “Top 40 Executives Under 40,” and by SpyOnVegas and Light Group as one of their “Top 30 Under 30 Who’s Got Juice.”

    Springall earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a Minor in Finance from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2002.  Springall furthered his education in insurance and risk management when he successfully completed all three professional designations offered by the National Alliance of Insurance Education and Research.  The three professional designations are, Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR). The National Alliance has recognized Springall as the youngest recipient of all 3 designations; also known as The Triple Crown.

    Springall is active in the community. He is the President and Co-Founder of The Executive Lounge, an events and lifestyle company that caters to over 21,000 professional executives. He was the founding Chairman of Vegas Young Professionals, the fastest growing professional development and networking organization in Nevada for young executives between the ages of 21-39. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the Nevada Development Authority, chairs the Authority’s retention and recognition committees, and also serves on its resource panel as the insurance and risk management expert.  In addition, Springall serves as Vice President on the Executive Board of Directors for the Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation, a non-profit foundation that works side by side with the medical community to provide social, emotional, educational, and psychological support services and programs to families of all children who are diagnosed with a life threatening or critical illnesses.

    Springall was born and raised in Las Vegas. He continues to reside in Las Vegas with his wife Jessie, daughter Shelby and son Colten.

    Eric Springall served as Vice President and managing partner of Orgill/Singer for 12 years before becoming the company’s President and owner with David Dahan in June 2001. He entered the insurance industry in 1979 and his broad experience in underwriting, sales and service of insurance has contributed to his visionary leadership of the agency.

    Dedicated to his industry and community, Springall has served on the Presidents’ Council for Physicians Insurance Company of Wisconsin (member of ProAssurance) since 1998 and was the 2006-2007 President. He was personally recognized for his leadership and dedication in defending the practice of medicine during the two years of his term.  Orgill/Singer was the Agency of the Year in 2005. He also served on the Safeco Insurance Broker Advisory Committee for the State of Nevada and the Southwest Region of the United States. In addition, he is a member of the Board of Advisors for the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce.  Springall is a member of various organizations and charities in Las Vegas and actively participates in various community and church projects across Southern Nevada.

    Born in Idaho Falls, Idaho, Springall has been a resident of Las Vegas since 1963 and attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where he studied math and science.

    Springall has extensive experience in a wide array of insurance products and services, including property, casualty, surety, surplus lines brokerage, life, health, disability and variable life and annuity. His insurance career has included extensive experience in the field of professional liability, and he is recognized as an expert in the medical professional liability field. He was a key professional liability producer with the St. Paul Medical Services Division.  Previously to joining Orgill/Singer, he was a regional company representative for The Doctors Life Insurance Company and for The Doctors Company.

    During his ownership, Orgill/Singer has been a three time 1st Place Recipient of “Best Place to Work” by the Southern Nevada Human Resource Association as well as the 2005 Small Business Excellence Award by the North Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce.

    Mark Crawford, CICA, serves as controller for Orgill/Singer & Associates. In his position, Crawford is responsible for the company’s monthly financial statement and cost analysis, staff supervision, organization budget, and assisting the individual managers prepare departmental budgets. He is also credited with implementing a flash reporting system for upper level management 

    Crawford possesses more than 16 years of financial industry experience. Before joining Orgill/Singer, Crawford served as audit manager for Houldsworth and Russo, CPAs where he planned, designed, and coordinated audits for various types of clients, supervised staff, prepared financial statements, and prepared corporate and individual tax returns and income tax payable estimates. Prior to that, he worked for Horizon Community Management as an accounting manager. He has held accounting positions for McGladrey & Pullen, LLP in Las Vegas; as well as Blackman, Kallick and Bartelstein; Spry & Company, and St. Francis Hospital all located in Illinois.

    Crawford received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Elmhurst Collegein May 1993.  Crawford is currently affiliated with Associations of Certified Fraud Examiners and the Institute for Internal Controls.

    Billington has been in the insurance industry since 1976.  Prior to joining Orgill/Singer in 1989, Billington worked as a marketing manager for Hospital Health Plan, Maxicare Health Plans and National American Insurance Company.

    Billington, a resident of the Las Vegas valley since 1984, currently resides in Henderson, Nevada with his spouse and two children.  Billington earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles

    A lifelong resident of Las Vegas, Shana Dahan serves as group benefits broker and marketing coordinator for Orgill/Singer & Associates.  A member of the award-winning insurance brokerage since 2002, Dahan is responsible for prospecting, soliciting, negotiating and selling new life and health benefits accounts.  Her marketing duties include the coordination of all advertising, public relations and marketing efforts for Orgill/Singer.

    Dahan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with emphasis in Public Relations and a minor in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and has earned a degree of Master in Business Administration in June of 2009.  An advocate for healthcare education for businesses and individuals, Dahan is responsible for marketing focus on Orgill/Singer’s core message of bringing a Tradition of Caring to its clients and the industry.  In honor of her accomplishments, Dahan was awarded the 2008 Young Athena Award from the Women’s Chamber of Commerce and was inducted into the Women’s Hall of Fame in 2009.

    To further her commitment to health care issues and awareness, Dahan recently joined the board of The American Heart Association. Demonstrating the creative thinking she has become known for, Dahan is the mastermind behind “Move for Your Heart,” a Health and Fitness Expo and Dance Competition designed to entice more young adults to take an active role in their heart health and stopping the prevalence of childhood obesity in Nevada.  Based on the latest “America’s Best Dance Crew” craze and targeted to the 12- to 24-year-old age group, the first “Move for Your Heart” will be coming soon to the Southern Nevada Community.

    In addition to her work with many charitable organizations, including the American Cancer Society and the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Dahan, along with her father, David, and sister, Michelle, established the Yaffa Dahan Nursing Foundation at UNLV in honor of her late mother.  The foundation’s goal is to promote continued education for individuals who wish to pursue a career in the nursing field, her mother’s chosen profession.  Founded in 2007,  it has awarded four Yaffa Dahan Nursing Dissertation Awards to aspiring nurses.

    A graduate of Rancho High School, Forman has taken both accounting and business classes at the Community College of Southern Nevada and attended various seminars.

    Steve O’Connor serves as a Life and Health Senior Sales Executive for Orgill/Singer & Associates. He has been in the insurance industry since 1990, and applies his knowledge to his current position where he is responsible for new business enrollments for individual and small group health plans.

    Before joining Orgill/Singer, O’Connor served as a Medicare product enrollment representative for 11 years with Sierra Health Services-HPN, and as a field underwriter for six years with MONY Financial Services in West Des Moines, Iowa.

    Rodrigo Santa Cruz joined Orgill/Singer & Associates as a Group Benefits Broker in June, 2001.  His area of expertise centers on health, disability, life and 401K insurance plans.

    Santa Cruz has been in the insurance industry since 1994.  Prior to joining the company, he served as district sales manager and lead benefits consultant for John Hancock Life Insurance Co. and prior to that position was District Sales Coordinator for AFLAC for 5 years.  He previously served as director of international marketing and sales for Deerhorn Bean & Seed Export Co.

    Santa Cruz, a Las Vegas resident, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and a minor in International Marketing from the University of Minnesota.  Santa Cruz is a member of the Clark County Underwriters Association, and the Latin Chamber of Commerce, where he serves on the Government Affairs Committee.  An advocate for education, he donates his time to the Millennium Scholarship program and volunteers as a mentor in a program through the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce that allows area students to shadow business professionals for a day.  Additionally, Santa Cruz is multilingual, fluent in French, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese.

    Ruby Warthan-Vance joined Orgill/Singer & Associates in 2004 as a group benefits broker in the Life and Health Division. She is responsible for representing businesses with their group insurance and employee benefit needs.

    Prior to joining Orgill/Singer, Ms. Warthan-Vance served as a western region business development sales executive for a national third-party administrator. She is a subject-matter expert in the areas of COBRA and Section 125 Flexible Benefits, having conducted numerous seminars and continuing education courses for brokers, carriers and businesses.

    She serves on the Board of Directors at Las Ventanas Continuing Care Retirement community and is a member of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce and Henderson Chamber of Commerce. Her professional associations include the Southern Nevada Human Resources Association and Clark County Association of Health Underwriters. She is a graduate of the Leadership Henderson Class of 2005 and recipient of the 2005 Circle of Peace Award honored by SAFE House. She has been a committee member for the Alzheimer’s Association’s annual memory walk, and formerly served as a board member for CrimeStoppers of Nevada.

    Ms. Warthan-Vance received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1988, and took part in a 6-month foreign studies program in Tours, France.  She is married and has 5 children.

    Jan Sarachman serves as a Senior Sales Executive for Orgill/Singer in its Personal Insurance Division. She is responsible for sales and service on personal insurance accounts as well as providing ongoing counseling to clients to help them protect their personal property and insure against liability from related risks.  In addition to standard home and auto coverage, Sarachman has broad experience in placing high-value homeowner coverage, personal watercraft, mobile homes, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, classic cars, antiques, and other specialty risks.  She regularly attends insurance classes to stay abreast of the changing insurance requirements. 

    Sarachman has been a four time recipient of the highest level Gold Certificate in Customer Service Excellence, a program managed through the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce and Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority.  The program provides an opportunity for clients and customers to recognize excellence in service.

    Prior to joining the Orgill/Singer team in 1998, Sarachman owned and operated restaurants for many years with her family.  She entered the insurance industry in Florida before moving to Las Vegas in 1993.

    Marc Dudley serves as a Commercial Insurance Broker for Orgill/Singer & Associates, Inc. In his position, he handles all aspects of commercial insurance underwriting with a primary focus in Professional Medical Liability and Professional Lawyers Liability Insurance. 

    Dudley has been a member of the Orgill/Singer team since 2004.  Prior to joining Orgill/Singer, Dudley held various leadership and managerial positions in both construction and sales & marketing.

    Dudley received his B.A. degree in Psychology summa cum laude from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV).  Dudley is also actively furthering his education in insurance by pursuing certified designations within his business profession. 

    A resident of Las Vegas since 1996, Dudley is an active volunteer leader with Boy Scouts of America, and also commits his spare time as a youth soccer coach for the North Las Vegas Parks and Recreation Program.  Dudley enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three sons, and is an outdoor enthusiast.  He enjoys playing soccer, running, biking, and competing in triathlons

    A native and life-long resident of Nevada, Brett Kanwetz has over 23 years experience in the insurance sector including handling various commercial risks such as construction, entertainment, wholesale, transportation, professional liability and gaming.  In addition to sales and servicing, he has performed program development with carriers, underwriting, marketing, loss control, quality control, and risk management for many industries here.  His background includes sales and management positions with national brokerage firms as well as regional and local agencies.  His experience also includes development, implementation and servicing of municipalities and large construction risks including work on the Las Vegas Valley Water District, Clark County Excess Liability Coverage Program and the planning of the Airport Tunneling Project.

    His education and professional accomplishments include studies at the University of Nevada Las Vegas majoring in Finance. He has earned the professional designations of Registered Workers Compensation Specialist (RWCS) and Certified Mortgage Insurance Specialist (CMIP) as well as being OSHA certified.  He has served in various capacities for many local Chambers of Commerce as well as other civic groups.  Kanwetz serves as a board member for the Surety and Fidelity Association of Nevada.  He is also a member of the Associated General Contractors Government Affairs Committee and a Charter Member of the Las Vegas-Northwest Rotary as well as a board member of the Southern Nevada Surety Association.  He is also actively involved as a volunteer with Three Square Food Bank in addition to other community organizations

    Saundra Krenzer serves as vice president of workers’ compensation for Orgill/Singer & Associates. In her position, she is responsible for the oversight of the worker’s compensation program for the State of Nevada. She spends a good part of every month working in Carson City with the Risk Management Division of the State of Nevada.  Prior to joining the Orgill/Singer team in 1998, Krenzer served as a project director for Sierra Health Services where her responsibilities included development of Nevada’s largest managed care organization specifically designed for worker’s compensation. She was also Rehabilitation Director for Deseret Industries.

    Krenzer served as an assemblywoman in the Nevada State Legislature from 1991 to 1998 during which time she served as Assistant Majority Leader, Chairwoman of the Committee on Labor and Management and as a member of the Committee on Ways and Means.  During her time in the legislature, Krenzer was instrumental in drafting Nevada’s current worker’s compensation law and is considered a state expert in worker’s compensation issues.

    Krenzer is an alumnus of Brigham Young University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in English and Sociology. She completed her MBA from the University of Phoenix in 2005. She has also completed graduate courses in Ethics and Policy Studies at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She has been a licensed insurance agent since 1993. Krenzer has earned the national professional designation of Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) from the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification.

    A resident of Las Vegas since 1972, Krenzer has devoted a significant amount of time to community service in addition to her years as a state legislator. She is a 1988 graduate of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Las Vegas class. Krenzer has also donated her time as a board member to several community organizations, including the Chairwoman of the Governor’s Maternal and Child Health Board, Prenatal Substance Committee and Angels in the Community. She has received a Congressional Recognition Award, been recognized as Outstanding Woman in Politics by the UNLV Women’s Center and the Angel Award by Gov. Bob Miller.

Maksimik has been licensed in Nevada since 1985 and is the lead broker for Orgill/Singer’s Reno branch office opened in 2007. Prior to joining Orgill/Singer, Maksimik served as a commercial insurance agent for the Bracken-Leavitt Agency. Maksimik is a Graduate of UNLV, College of Hotel Administration.

    Maksimik has earned the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation as well as the Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation from the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research. The later entailed studies in principle, analysis, control, finance and the practice of risk management and indicates an advanced level of technical knowledge, educational commitment, and ongoing professionalism in this field. He holds a Fellowship from the Life Underwriters Training Council for Life Insurance sales and service. In addition, Maksimik has published articles on insurance in Western Real Estate Review, Best Guide to Insurance, Business Weekly Reno, Las Vegas Business Press and the UNLV Alumni Magazine.

    Maksimik is an active member of the Las Vegas and Reno Chambers of Commerce. In addition, he is an active member of the Northern Nevada Chapter of the CCIM Commercial Real Estate Institute, a professional real estate organization promoting education.  Maksimik is a member of Reno Central Rotary.  He also acts as a fund raiser for local charities such as Shade Tree Shelter for Women, Lutheran Social Services & Food Bank as well as Pioneer Scouts in Henderson.

    A native and life-long resident of Nevada, Brett Kanwetz has over 23 years experience in the insurance sector including handling various commercial risks such as construction, entertainment, wholesale, transportation, professional liability and gaming.  In addition to sales and servicing, he has performed program development with carriers, underwriting, marketing, loss control, quality control, and risk management for many industries here.  His background includes sales and management positions with national brokerage firms as well as regional and local agencies.  His experience also includes development, implementation and servicing of municipalities and large construction risks including work on the Las Vegas Valley Water District, Clark County Excess Liability Coverage Program and the planning of the Airport Tunneling Project.

    His education and professional accomplishments include studies at the University of Nevada Las Vegas majoring in Finance. He has earned the professional designations of Registered Workers Compensation Specialist (RWCS) and Certified Mortgage Insurance Specialist (CMIP) as well as being OSHA certified.  He has served in various capacities for many local Chambers of Commerce as well as other civic groups.  Kanwetz serves as a board member for the Surety and Fidelity Association of Nevada.  He is also a member of the Associated General Contractors Government Affairs Committee and a Charter Member of the Las Vegas-Northwest Rotary as well as a board member of the Southern Nevada Surety Association.  He is also actively involved as a volunteer with Three Square Food Bank in addition to other community organizations
