Executive Level, Full-Time
The Director of Sales will have insurance knowledge and perform sales and marketing functions in meeting agency objectives for production and profit as well as plan and implement sales programs, both short and long range, targeting existing and new markets.
This individual will:
- Play a key leadership role and supervise the sales force
- Maintain strong and effective relationships in the business community to foster agency objectives
- Serve on the management team which requires the following accountabilities: leadership, communication, mentoring, empowerment and resource management
Minimum Requirements
- 5 years prior sales/production, management and marketing/underwriting experience preferably with an insurance agency, brokerage, or carrier
- Knowledge of local business community and insurance markets
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- All candidates are required to undergo drug testing and background check
